About Me

I started my studies in Bali in 2012, training in Reiki I & II, Massage, Yoga and Craniosacral Therapy (CST). CST captivated me, it taught me to feel my own body and those of others. That was impressive for me. Under my hands I could feel tissues moving, bones, rhythms and the body showing signals of where and how to put my hands. I never imagined this experience coming from a very different area of studies and work.

With the Upledger Institute I completed CST levels I and II in 2013 and Somato-Emotional Release I in 2014, learning the Biomechanical approach of CST. In Bali in 2014, I learned Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) and realized that this was the approach that made sense for me. I deepened my practice by assisting Dr. Adolf Brown D.O. at the world-renowned studio Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali.

That year I took an interesting course in Shamanism, imparted by The Foundation for Shamanic Studies of Asia founded by the Anthropologist Michael Harner. Realizing that much of what I learned could be applied in the BCST sessions.

I am part of the first promotion of BCST practitioners of Chile (2014-2016), a two-year program taught by the Craniosacral Biodynamics Institute of Chile. I have incorporated Biomagnetism as a complementary therapy to Craniosacral Biodynamics, having completed levels I and II in 2017 and 2018.

This year 2023, I have begun as an assistant of the first level of the Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy Training taught by Núria Buch at CasaFen.
